As a professor of Negotiations, she wrote a negotiation textbook for her Negotiation classes at Western State College of Law and the University of California, Irvine- Negotiate Your Way to Success.
This Negotiation Course was the best class I have taken on this important subject- and the textbook Professor Frank wrote is filled with great exercises and tools I use every day. It’s an excellent resource- especially the acronyms to remember the steps to de-escalate conflict.
